An old Mallorcan stone house located in the Serra de Tramuntana, in the upper part of Bunyola, with magnificent views of the town.
The property
The house is located on the outskirts of town, very close to the center of Bunyola, and offers beautiful views of the mountains. It is divided into two adjoining cottages for your exclusive use, each with a terrace, a Mediterranean garden, and a natural rock pool. The property is accessed from the parking area, which fits two cars, via a private entrance up a flight of stairs.
The main house on the left side of the building consists of a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The house on the right, which is not internally connected to the other house, features a large double bedroom with air conditioning and a full bathroom with a shower.
IMPORTANT: The two cottages are connected only from the outside. Therefore, families with young children can use the bedroom in the main house and the sofa bed in the living room if they want to stay close to the little ones.
Access is not suitable for people with disabilities due to the large number of stairs.

It’s well worth climbing to the upper part of the town via “els pujadors”—stone stairways—to enjoy the wonderful views of Bunyola’s rooftops. In the lively town square, Sa Plaça, you can enjoy the nice weather with a refreshing drink or a snack on the terrace of one of the many bars and restaurants in the area.
The Sóller Train, an old wooden railway that winds through the most charming villages on the island of Mallorca, passes through the town of Bunyola.
